In this live and interactive demo, I will walk you through the HLCUT software step by step and demonstrate how to create the loan calculations you need for counseling. We will cover adjusting interest rates, choosing payment options, creating HECM refinance and HECM for Purchase calculations, using amortization schedule customizations, and more. This webinar will be especially helpful to those who are new to HLCUT, but all are welcome!
