HECM interest rates can affect the entire life of a HECM, from loan eligibility to available loan proceeds to the growth of the loan over time, as well as the amount of equity that remains when a HECM is paid off. Join us as we discuss the various interest rates that affect our borrowers, how rates change, how rates can affect the borrower over time, and how we can discuss those rates in a clear and helpful way during counseling. We will also have the opportunity for a demo of selecting and changing rates in HLCUT.
