HECM counselors mostly deal with HECM borrowers at the very beginning of their HECM journey — sometimes even before they have spoken with a lender. But HECM counseling should help borrowers understand the future of their HECM loan as well as the present. This webinar will discuss loan processing and underwriting, loan servicing after closing, possible default events, and the endpoints of the loan including the payoff process. Join us as we explore some of the events that occur in the lifetime of a HECM.
