Executive Director
Tracy A. Fantini, MSW, LCSW, is the Executive Director of Housing Options Provided for the Elderly (HOPE), bringing over 30 years of experience in supporting older adults and individuals with disabilities. Her lifelong passion for elder care began early, shaped by caring for her great-grandmother during her final days with cancer.
Tracy’s journey with HOPE started in 2007 as a practicum student, where she advocated for older adults facing poverty and homelessness. That formative experience evolved into a career-long commitment to advancing community-centered care and equitable housing solutions for vulnerable populations.
She holds a Master of Social Work from the Brown School at Washington University in St. Louis and is a licensed clinical social worker. Tracy’s leadership is rooted in a deep understanding of the complex challenges aging populations face and a resolute belief that every older adult deserves the opportunity to thrive in a supportive, dignified environment.
Outside of her professional work, Tracy is a passionate community advocate. She actively supports public education and currently serves as Co-Chair of the Parent Action Council of St. Louis Public Schools. Her dedication to service across generations reflects her unwavering belief in equity, dignity, and opportunity for all.
