Buz Zeman, MSW, LCSW

Mr. Zeman has been the executive director since 1993 and has over 35 years of managing and supervising programs and services. He is responsible for all operations, administration and fiscal management of HOPE, as well as supervision of HOPE staff resources.

Mary Farmer, MSW

Ms. Farmer has been a case manager at HOPE since 2006. She has over 12 years of experience providing case management services to HOPE clients.

Tracy Fantini Spies, MSW, LCSW

Ms. Spies has held a range of positions with HOPE over the years. She began working for HOPE as a practicum student in 2007, and has also served as a volunteer, Case Manager, and Member of the Board of Directors. She is currently the Assistant Director, and has over 20 years of experience working with older adults in a variety of settings.

Deborah Ellis, MSW

Ms. Ellis has been a case manager at HOPE since October 2015. Prior to working with HOPE, she had nine years of experience as a Social Worker, including work at the VA helping families in crisis connect with available services.

Hazel Kirk, MSW, LCSW

Ms. Kirk joined the HOPE team in 2018 after retiring from Delmar Gardens Home Care in 2017, and has over 40 years of experience.
